Some studies in Management and Economics and other miscellaneous professional experiences does not affect photography-oriented first years as student. He then wanders in the east of France, taking pictures as a B&W diary. He uses this period of freedom to take pictures for a long-term photography contest, about le voyage. Which is for him a trinity: train, journey and passengers.
Since 2005, Blaise started a full-time job in a large retail company. That allows him to make a living in a better condition.
This is when and where he meets the Golemfabrika and starts a relationship with square format. At the same time, he begins to think about a large documentary project about Algeria, France, and trails of the complex and old relation between the two countries.
His growing interest of the evolution of the Eastern Europe countries, will lead him to work on Rroms children in France in 2007.
